Biography

Professor of organizational psychology, psychology of entrepreneurship, innovation and integrated systems and psychology of training, University of Florence. He is Director of Research and Development Laboratory on Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Integrated Systems (LabRIxI3) – University of Florence. He is Director of the International Research Center «Strategic Human Resource Management for Innovation» of the High Command Italian Air Force.

He served as Director for Strategic Human Resource Management for Innovation Department at the multinational company in the aerospace sector. His research interest covers many topics, including innovation behavior, entrepreneurship, organizational commitment, motivation at work, learning at work, human resources issues, training and competency development, leadership.
