Biography

Dr. Roman Calderon is Full Professor at the Management School of Universidad EAFIT and is member of the research Group Estudios Internacionales of the International Business Department. Juan Pablo holds the position of senior researcher in the categorization of the Colombian Ministry of Science. He is currently inquiring about the conceptualization, theoretical background and operationalization of the so-called soft-skills.
