Biography

She is a PhD student in Work & Organizational Psychology at the Université libre de Buxelles and the University of Bordeaux. Her PhD research focuses on work design and the introduction of digital technologies in the workplace. Her research aims to examine how technologies are modifying the employees’ perceptions of their work characteristics. It also aims to understand how the individual can effectively have an active role in his/her environment and how the individual can tangibly influence it
