Biography
PhD candidate in Work & Organizational Psychology in a cotutelle doctoral program between the University of Bordeaux (France) and the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain). He earned his Master of Science’s degree in Work, Orientation & Organizational Psychology at the University of Bordeaux. Under the direction of Prof. Adalgisa Battistelli and Prof. Mirko Antino, his doctoral research focuses on the understanding of the transformation of organizations due to the presence of new and disruptive technologies, as well as the identification of skills required to deal with the fourth industrial revolution’s challenges. Prior to his graduate studies, He worked as a HR senior analyst in the Peruvian subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch InBev, and He hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the National University of San Marcos in Lima (Peru).
