Biography

He is a work and organisational psychologist (Ph.D.). His academic interests involve Organizational Psychology, Management, Behavioural Science and Psychometrics. His research aims to explore how technologies, relating to industry 4.0, are modifying the workplace and how learning and innovation processes are involved in the effective adoption and exploitation of new technologies.
