At the beginning of the year 2020, our team had the honor of receiving Prof. Mirko Antino (Complutense University of Madrid) for a research seminar about the theoretical and methodological issues in the development of a research model in Work & Organizational Psychology.
It was a very enriching seminar for the Protehus PhD students, and an opportunity to work with Prof. Adalgisa Battistelli and his Phd student Marco Peña-Jimenez. Furthermore, we had the opportunity to taste Peruvian food in Bordeaux with some members of our research team !
